Located within one flight of stairs of Paddock Productions is an amazing audio post production and recording facility headed by Craig Rettmer.  CR Sound has just installed a new Fairlight Constellation XCS console featuring a Xynergi centre panel, running on Fairlight’s latest Crystal Core (CC-1) engine.  The addition of HD video in the timeline, flexible file importing and exporting, and VST plug-ins is helping CR Sound speed up workflow and finish projects quickly.

Since installation of this great board, CR Sound has completed Hallmark Cards Centennial Film, projects for Farmer’s Insurance in Los Angles, The College Basketball Hall of Fame, and a new film about the slave trade in Missouri in the 1800’s.

They have two separate recording booths to lay down music performance and voice over.  Craig has been recording and mixing for decades and has worked on commercials for every major agency in Kansas City.  He’s remixed and recorded for feature film, television, and multiple jazz and music venues.
